Blaenavon
Blaenavon is a town in South East Wales in the United Kingdom which was named a World Heritage Site.
The town is located on a hillside and has a population of less than 7000, which has been declining over the past few decades as the major industries have shut down. Senior citizens constitute a major part of the population.
